André is a senior compliance and contracts leader with more than 20 years of experience across aviation, healthcare, government, and corporate environments. He specializes in compliance program design, risk assessment, investigative review, contract administration, and enterprise policy development.
Prior to creating Læster, André served as Director of Compliance for Fraport USA, where he designed the company’s corporate compliance framework and led reviews across six U.S. airport markets. He also administered concessions subleases and amendments in Nashville and co-managed $26 million in capital and loan programs.
His prior experience includes investigations and compliance work for state agencies and a national insurer, including critical incident and investigations reviews, corrective action oversight, HIPAA compliance, privacy audits, and policy development.
